Your vaccinations registered in Belgium are visible on the federal portal MaSanté (MijnGezondheid in Dutch), at masante.belgique.be, under "Mes vaccinations", after you log in with itsme, MyGov.be or your eID and a card reader. The portal stores nothing: it reads the regional vaults, Vitalink in Flanders, the Réseau Santé Wallon in Wallonia and the Réseau Santé Bruxellois in Brussels.
Vaccinnet, Vaccicard and e-Vax are tools for professionals: no citizen logs in to them. Here is who does what, what shows up and what is missing, according to the official pages as read on 10 October 2026.
- The starting point: masante.belgique.be, under "Mes vaccinations", with itsme, MyGov.be or your eID and a card reader.
- Vaccinnet (Flanders), Vaccicard (Brussels and Wallonia) and e-Vax are reserved for professionals: there is no citizen login.
- Vaccicard has no public website: its data is read through the Réseau Santé Wallon, the Réseau Santé Bruxellois or MaSanté.
- According to the portal’s FAQ as read on 10 October 2026, the mobile app shows no vaccination data for Walloon and Brussels hospitals (RSW and RSB networks): use the web portal.
- On the federal portal parents see their children’s data until 16; the Walloon and Brussels networks are stricter from 13.
Where can you see your vaccinations online in Belgium?
On the federal portal MaSanté, which the FPS Public Health describes as the official health portal of the Belgian authorities. According to the portal’s FAQ, the "Mes vaccinations" section shows the vaccinations registered by your care providers or by the regional health services.
According to INAMI/RIZIV, you see which vaccines you received, the details of each injection and any boosters to plan. The portal stores no medical data: it reads what the regional vaults hold, which is why the picture differs from one region to another.
The FPS Public Health lists the ways to log in to the web portal, with no separate account: itsme, the eID with a card reader, MyGov, a security code via a mobile app or by e-mail, and a recognised European authentication tool. The mobile app of the same name, built by INAMI/RIZIV with the FPS, opens with itsme.
Always type the full address masante.belgique.be: on 10 October 2026 the short address without ".belgique" redirected to another site, unrelated to the official portal.

Vaccinnet, Vaccicard, e-Vax, MaSanté: who does what?
Two families of tools that should not be confused: the registries where vaccinators record, closed to the public, and the portals where you look things up. No citizen logs in to Vaccinnet, Vaccicard or e-Vax.
| Tool | What it is | Region | Who uses it | Citizen login |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| MaSanté / MijnGezondheid | Official federal health portal, which stores no data itself | Belgium | Citizens | Yes |
| Vaccinnet | Flemish system for ordering and registering vaccines (Departement Zorg) | Flanders | Doctors, nurses, midwives, pharmacies, hospitals, CLBs | No |
| Vitalink | Technical platform of the Flemish government, with no website or app of its own for viewing your data | Flemish Region | No direct access: the data is read through a portal | No |
| Vaccicard | Reference platform for the digital registration of vaccines given | Brussels and Wallonia | Doctors, pharmacists, nurses, midwives | No |
| e-Vax | Registry of the vaccination programme of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation (ONE), ages 0 to 50 | Wallonia and Brussels | Professionals | No |
| Réseau Santé Wallon (RSW) | Walloon health network, with a shared health record | Wallonia | Citizens and professionals | Yes, "Connexion Patient" |
| Réseau Santé Bruxellois (RSB) | Brussels health network, run by the non-profit Abrumet | Brussels | Citizens and professionals | Yes, "Connexion patient" |
Vaccinnet has been renewed: according to Departement Zorg, a new web application has been in service since 15 January 2026. The same administration states that patients consult the registered vaccinations through Mijn Gezondheid.
e-Vax and Vaccicard are two parallel initiatives, explains the professional site of vaccination-info.be: e-Vax belongs to the programme of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation, Vaccicard is the "projet similaire", the similar project started by the Walloon and Brussels Regions, and working sessions aim at a single entry.
Two more names circulate in Flanders: MyHealthViewer, the mutualities’ web application showing Vitalink data, and CoZo, a "hub" with a patient portal that is connected to Vitalink. Neither is a confirmed route to your vaccinations today, as explained further down.

Is there an official Vaccicard website?
No. There is no public Vaccicard website and no direct citizen login to "Vaccicard". When we checked on 10 October 2026, the domain name vaccicard.be did not exist. The only interface described officially is for professionals: according to the manual published by Vivalis, they reach it through the professional login of the Réseau Santé Bruxellois or the Réseau Santé Wallon.
According to Vivalis (the Brussels administration of the Common Community Commission), Vaccicard is the reference platform for the digital registration of vaccines given in Brussels and Wallonia, born from a collaboration with the German-speaking Community. The Walloon decree of 11 December 2025 calls it a "carnet de vaccination électronique", an electronic vaccination booklet. The data goes to the vault of the regional health network.
As a citizen you therefore read this data elsewhere: in your personal space on the Réseau Santé Wallon, on the patient portal of the Réseau Santé Bruxellois, or on MaSanté. Vivalis states that patients can consult their vaccinations online and that printing the vaccination status will remain possible.
There is no public Vaccicard website and no direct citizen login to "Vaccicard".

Flanders, Brussels, Wallonia: where are your vaccinations stored?
The MaSanté FAQ puts it this way: in Belgium, vaccinations are stored per region. Flanders uses Vitalink, Wallonia the Réseau Santé Wallon (RSW) and the Brussels-Capital Region the Réseau Santé Bruxellois (RSB). The professional site of vaccination-info.be speaks of three vaults, one per region: your region determines what you see and through which door.
| Region | Where the data is stored | How you reach it | Registration duty |
|---|---|---|---|
| Flanders | Vitalink (vaccinators register in Vaccinnet) | MijnGezondheid: "Mijn gezondheid", then "Mijn vaccinaties" | Mandatory since 2014 for GPs and paediatricians, per vlaanderen.be |
| Brussels | Vault of the Réseau Santé Bruxellois (entry through Vaccicard) | RSB patient portal, "Connexion patient", or MaSanté on the web | Mandatory through Vaccicard since January 2026, per Vivalis |
| Wallonia | Vault of the Réseau Santé Wallon (entry through Vaccicard) | RSW patient space, "Connexion Patient", or MaSanté on the web | Decree in force on 23 January 2026, encoding duty deferred |
In Flanders, Departement Zorg writes that every care provider who vaccinates you must register it; its page for professionals limits the duty to the vaccinations listed in the ministerial decree that sets the vaccination schedule. According to vlaanderen.be, registering in Vaccinnet was possible from 2006 and only became mandatory in 2014, for GPs and paediatricians.
According to the official Flemish pages, the data goes back to the late 1990s for Kind en Gezin, to the 2005-2006 school year for the CLBs and to 2006 for GPs and paediatricians. Departement Zorg warns that older vaccinations are not online yet, and names two other routes: the vaccination card and your GP.
In Brussels, Vivalis writes that registering every vaccine given has been mandatory through Vaccicard since January 2026, which a notice from the Réseau Santé Bruxellois dated 26 January 2026 confirms. Vivalis also states that the information is published progressively in the shared electronic record and that software integration is in progress.
In Wallonia, the decree of 11 December 2025, published in the Belgian Official Gazette on 13 January 2026, has been in force since 23 January 2026. The article that obliges vaccinators to encode only enters into force on the first day of the thirteenth month after that publication, so about a year later. The official Walloon site announces a 12-month transition period.
The RSW describes three ways to log in to the patient space: the eID with a card reader and PIN, the itsme app, or a username and password followed by a security code received by e-mail. The RSB asks you to identify yourself with the digital key of your choice. The RSW states that registration counts as consent to the national exchange of data and that only online registration gives access to the shared health record.
The Brussels patient portal has a "vaccination" tab, announced in December 2022, which brings together the GP’s entries, the COVID vaccinations and the Vaccicard entries. On the French federal portal, the "Mes vaccins" entry is marked as an external link: for a visitor who is not logged in, it leads to the RSW patient portal. We did not check what it shows once logged in.
For the German-speaking Community, the federal portal exists in German (meinegesundheit.belgien.be) and the FPS Public Health says it generally goes through the Walloon network RSW. No more specific official page was found.

What will you not find on MaSanté, and is there a vaccination certificate?
Four limits emerge from the official pages, all read on 10 October 2026. For two of them we could not confirm whether the situation is still current.
| Limit | What the source says | Still current? |
|---|---|---|
| Mobile app | Portal FAQ: no data available for Walloon and Brussels hospitals (RSW and RSB networks), "Mes vaccinations" included | Statement read in the FAQ on 10 October 2026 |
| Regional hubs | CoZo notice of 15 January 2026: vaccination data temporarily unavailable through CoZo and the other eHealth hubs | Notice still online on 10 October 2026; return of the data not confirmed |
| Moving between regions | Portal FAQ: vaccinations may provisionally not be visible | Exchange between regions not confirmed as live |
| COVID certificates | Portal FAQ: they can no longer be downloaded through the portal | Statement read in the FAQ on 10 October 2026 |
If you live in Wallonia or Brussels, use the web portal: in the mobile app, the FAQ says no vaccination data is available for Walloon and Brussels hospitals in the RSW and RSB networks. It adds that the app does not contain everything, that the web portal gives the full overview and that the app does not yet offer printing for all data.
CoZo attributes the interruption to a technical switch at Vitalink and expected a return in the course of the second quarter of 2026. No later notice was found: we could not confirm that the data is back. The same notice recalls that patients can still consult their vaccinations through MijnGezondheid, the only citizen route Vitalink points to during the transition.
MyHealthViewer, the mutualities’ web application, had a "Mijn vaccinaties" screen in its manual of June 2025, which predates that change. No official page we consulted says whether it still shows vaccinations since January 2026.
After a move, the FAQ explains that a care provider can check which regional database holds your vaccinations and register them again in the right region. As for the exchange between Vaccicard and the Flemish Vaccinnet, the Vivalis page as read on 10 October 2026 says it should be operational by the end of 2026: so it is not confirmed as live.
Older vaccinations may be missing: Departement Zorg writes that older vaccinations are not online yet, and vaccination-info.be that your history is only partly in the digital health record.
On proof: the FPS Public Health says you can check and download your vaccination data, and the FAQ that documents can be viewed, downloaded or printed on the web portal. No official page we consulted, however, describes a general vaccination certificate issued by MaSanté.
If you live in Wallonia or Brussels, use the web portal: in the mobile app, the FAQ says no vaccination data is available for Walloon and Brussels hospitals in the RSW and RSB networks.

How do you see your child’s vaccinations?
On the federal portal, parents consult the health data of their minor children up to the age of 16, writes INAMI/RIZIV. Access rests on the legal parent-child link in the National Register, and both legal parents have it. According to the FAQ, you log in as a parent, select your child under 16 in the "pour mon enfant" pop-up ("voor mijn kind" in Dutch), then confirm the profile.
From 16, that automatic access ends, vaccinations included. The young person can restore it by creating a mandate (in the French menu under "Mon équipe de soins", then "Mes mandats de soins"), which the parents confirm electronically. If your child under 16 is not listed, the FAQ refers you to your municipality to have the filiation record (article IT 114) corrected in the National Register.
That rule does not hold everywhere. The federal FAQ itself warns that in Wallonia and Brussels, access to a child’s medical data, vaccinations included, follows the regional networks’ own procedure. And the mobile app does not show those networks’ vaccination data for minors either.
| Body | What the rule provides | Age thresholds |
|---|---|---|
| Federal portal MaSanté | Automatic access for both legal parents, based on the National Register | Until 16, then a mandate given by the young person |
| Réseau Santé Wallon | The legal-representative relationship must be registered manually (form and copies of both identity cards) | From 13 to 16: no electronic reading of the content, paper access through the care provider. From 16 the young person can register consent personally |
| Réseau Santé Bruxellois | Registration as legal representative (signed form and copies of the identity cards, sent to Abrumet) | Access for a child under 13. From 13 to 16, only carers with a therapeutic link, paper access through the care provider. From 16 the young person manages access |
| ONE | The ONE consultation keeps the child’s medical file | Until the 14th birthday, then transfer to the archives unit |
| Kind en Gezin | Every vaccination is kept in the Kindboekje and in the child file, which exchanges data with Vaccinnet | Kindrapport: vaccinations given from 1 January 1998 |
The Réseau Santé Bruxellois calls its restriction between 13 and 16 temporary, pending an official position.
If your child’s vaccines were given at ONE and do not appear online: before 14, ONE refers you to the consultation that followed the child; from 14, the request is made by e-mail to its archives unit, and a copy of the vaccines can be sent if the file is found.
According to Vivalis, ONE plans to make the data of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation programme available progressively, starting with its consultations.
On the Flemish side, Kind en Gezin says the Kindrapport is uploaded to Vitalink and readable through MyHealthViewer, with no confirmation dated after January 2026. In the German-speaking Community, Kaleido enters the child’s vaccinations in a register, so that they stay available if the booklet is lost.

Can you see your vaccinations through your mutuality (MC/CM, Solidaris, Helan)?
Not in the mutuality’s own app or member area: no official mutuality page we opened says so. Those that talk about consulting your vaccinations all send you to a public platform.
For the Mutualité chrétienne, its French-language pages advise the paper card or the portal masante.belgique.be, and the feature list of the Ma MC app contains no vaccination record. On the Dutch-speaking side, CM names MyHealthViewer and CoZo, two routes that are not confirmed for vaccinations today.
| Mutuality | What its official page says | Sends you to |
|---|---|---|
| Mutualité chrétienne (FR) | Use the paper card or the MaSanté portal; the Ma MC app lists no vaccination record | masante.belgique.be |
| CM (NL) | Vaccines registered in Vaccinnet can be consulted through MyHealthViewer and CoZo | MyHealthViewer, CoZo |
| Solidaris Wallonie | No page found on where to see your vaccinations; the app page lists reimbursements, benefits, cover and documents | Nothing stated |
| Solidaris Brabant | MyHealthViewer gives an overview of the vaccines received; another page names "Mijn vaccinaties" on MijnGezondheid | MyHealthViewer, MijnGezondheid |
| Helan | MyHealthViewer answers "which vaccines and when"; the MijnGezondheid / MaSanté portal and app show vaccinations | MyHealthViewer, MijnGezondheid / MaSanté |
| Partenamut | The MaSanté portal can be reached from the My Partenamut client area; "vos vaccins" is listed among the MaSanté data | MaSanté (embedded link) |
| Mutualités Libérales (LM, Dutch page) | Vaccinations can be consulted through MijnGezondheid, and also on MyHealthViewer | MijnGezondheid, MyHealthViewer |
| La Mutualité Neutre | Use the vaccination card or the MaSanté portal | masante.belgique.be |
| Mutualia (Mutualité Neutre) | Part of the data is in the shared electronic record, to be consulted through the Brussels network; older vaccines are on the card | Réseau Santé Bruxellois |
| VNZ (Mutualité Neutre) | Pages could not be opened on 10 October 2026 (404 error) | Not verified |
Some of these pages are old (those of Partenamut and La Mutualité Neutre date from 2022) or undated (those of CM and Helan on MyHealthViewer). The mentions of MyHealthViewer and CoZo should therefore be read with the reservations of the section "What will you not find on MaSanté".
Your mutuality can, however, help with registration: the RSB lists the mutuality among the intermediaries that can register a patient; the RSW names it for registering the consent of a minor child, or of a patient unable to decide, who holds an ISI or ISI+ card. On the RSW, only online registration gives access to the shared health record; on the RSB, only registration with the PDF form or online.
The RSB states that the mutuality’s advising doctor has no access to the shared record. MaSanté also has a "Ma mutualité" entry, which leaves the portal.

A vaccination is missing from the list: what now?
The MaSanté FAQ distinguishes three situations. In each one, the correction goes through a professional or through the system that holds the data: the portal only displays it.
| What you notice | Explanation in the federal FAQ | Who to turn to |
|---|---|---|
| One vaccination is missing | It has most likely not been registered yet | Your GP or the care provider, who can register it or resend it to the right system |
| No vaccination shows at all | Often the region where the data is stored, for example after a move | A care provider, who can register it again in the right region |
| An entry is wrong | Only the source that manages the data can correct it | The GP, the hospital where you were vaccinated or the regional registration system |
After a correction, some time may be needed before the update is visible, with no duration given. Vitalink gives the same advice for Flanders: ask a care provider, such as your GP, to add missing vaccinations or correct the data.
The FPS Public Health recalls your right to ask the health professional to correct or complete your file; you cannot have data deleted. A technical limit exists on the French-speaking side: according to the professional site of vaccination-info.be, vaccinations entered from a vaccination card are hard, or even impossible, to share.
If doses stay untraceable in all of these sources, our guide on rebuilding a vaccination history goes through the other leads.

What do the official sources not say?
On the points below, no official page consulted on 10 October 2026 gives an answer: for your own situation, your doctor, your pharmacist or your mutuality remain the right people to ask.
- General vaccination certificate: no page says whether a printout is accepted by a school, an employer or a border authority, and the Walloon decree lists a digital certificate among its purposes, without saying it is available.
- Vaccinations received abroad: no official procedure for citizens to have them entered in the Belgian record.
- German-speaking Community: no official Ostbelgien page on Vaccicard, on the registration duty or on the citizen route was found, and the Walloon decree covers the French-language region only.
- Brussels: the legal text behind the registration duty was not located.
- How far back the data goes in Wallonia and Brussels: no source says from which year a citizen can expect to find vaccinations online.
- Delay: no current official delay between the injection and its visibility online.
- RSW patient portal: no official page names the tab where vaccinations appear once you are logged in.
- Vaccination in another region: nothing says what a Brussels resident vaccinated in Flanders sees, or the reverse.
- School medicine and occupational medicine in Wallonia and Brussels: in February 2025 AVIQ placed them in a later stage of the connection to Vaccicard, with no official date.
Frequently asked questions
What is the official Vaccicard website?
There is none for the public: Vaccicard has no public website and no citizen login, and the domain name vaccicard.be did not exist on 10 October 2026. You read that data through the patient space of the Réseau Santé Wallon, the patient portal of the Réseau Santé Bruxellois or masante.belgique.be.
MaSanté, MijnGezondheid, MyHealth: is it the same portal?
Yes. The federal portal has four addresses, one per language: masante.belgique.be, mijngezondheid.belgie.be, meinegesundheit.belgien.be and myhealth.belgium.be. The mobile app carries the portal’s French and Dutch names, not "MyHealth".
Can you see your vaccination history through the Mutualité chrétienne?
Not in Ma MC: the app’s feature list contains no vaccination record. The French-language pages of the Mutualité chrétienne send you to the paper card or to masante.belgique.be. CM, its Dutch-language counterpart, points to MyHealthViewer and CoZo, two routes that are not confirmed today.
Can you download a vaccination certificate from MaSanté?
You can view, download or print your vaccination data on the web portal. COVID certificates can no longer be downloaded there, and no official page we consulted describes a general vaccination certificate issued by the portal.
Does the mobile app show my vaccinations?
It has a vaccinations section, but the portal’s FAQ, as read on 10 October 2026, says no data is available there for Walloon and Brussels hospitals (RSW and RSB networks), minors included. In that case, use the web portal.
Until what age can I see my child’s vaccinations?
On the federal portal, until 16, for both legal parents; after that the young person can give you a mandate. The Walloon and Brussels networks have their own procedure and restrict the legal representative’s access between 13 and 16.
